Vivefly has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Vivefly shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Terms of using our service

• Repairs are carried out at the owners risk and We cannot be liable for any underlying faults that manifest itself as a result of a repair being carried out, all faults on the item must be made clear before repair commences as we will not be held responsible for item faults we are not told about at the time of booking in the repair, once you do the booking you are agreeing to these conditions completely.
• Liquid damage repairs carry no warranty whatsoever and require payment up front, successful or not. Some liquid damaged phones appear to be working, this is due to corrosion on the components (resistors) when the components (resistors) are shorting together, the engineer cleans the board it may remove the short circuit and may result in the handset no longer powering up at all. Most mobile phone manufacturers do not entertain any form of repair on liquid damaged handsets.
• The service and the materials are provided by Us on an “as is” basis, and We expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the service or any materials and products.
• In no event shall exceptional we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service, the materials parts and the products.
• In no event shall exceptional we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service, the materials parts and the products.
• Any data or information that you may have stored on the equipment shall remain your sole responsibility and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data howsoever caused. It is your responsibility to keep a record of any such data.
• We will try to do the repair on location, but there is always a chance that we have to take the device in if it’s taking too long or for further research.
* When we have to take the phone in it’s you’re own responsibility to take care of a backup phone.
* I understand if the phone has been damaged during the repair that it can take up to 1 to 3 weeks to get my phone back sometimes micro sodering has to happen.
• We are not liable for for any extra items that you gave to us like phone cases of usb sticks cables or charges there is a chance that we lose it.
• I understand Vivefly will be unaware of any other potential problems that could arise as a result of the initial damage or by opening / disturbing the internal logic boards and internal cables during dismantle / repair. This may result in additional charges to cover the costs of parts required to complete the repair. We will endeavour to make you aware of this at the time of repair / diagnosis
Waterproof / Water Resistant Devices
• To repair your device, we need to physically get inside it which usually means we have to break the waterproof seal (if any). Some items that are classed as waterproof / water resistant may not be waterproof on return to you. If this will affect the enjoyment of your device please only ensure you get it repaired with the manufacturer directly to guarantee a waterproof seal on return.
* I understand that when the service has been delivered I cannot get my money back by any means.
* All the repairs carry a warranty of 2 years with the expectation of battery’s you have 3 months of warranty of the battery
* I understand that Vivefly can move or cancel the appointment at anytime we are not liable if this is causing any issues for the costumer.
* If we do the repair on location we need a table to the repair we cannot the the repair at a public location, if this happens and you didn’t read the terms and conditions we have to the phone with us this will cost you a additional 50 euro per device.
* I understand that the appointment has to be canceled 9 hours before the appointment, if this has not been done we will calculate 50 euros of additional costs to repair the phone.
* Customer has 15 days after actual repair is completed to collect the device. If device cannot be collected within 15 days, customer must notify staff when device will be collected. If customer fails to notify the staff or pick the device up, Vivefly. will recycle it.
* We are only responsible for the part we replace for 2 years of warranty(except battery’s). Phone will be inspected before return, and no extra issues with the phone will be covered. E.g. If a glass screen is replaced, and home button issues arise after repair, we are only responsible for the glass screen.
* Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
* We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
* We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our iPhone screens. We cannot guarantee that your iPhone screen color will be accurate.
* WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PART WE REPLACE.
* Be sure if you make a appointment that we have at least 3 to 4 hours to carry out the repair, we cannot rush the repair this will cause issues to arise. If you are in a hurry we will cancel the appointment immediately and you have to make a new one we can also calculate 50 euros for a additional appointment because of the cost that we made that get there.

Unforeseen Damage of Malfunction

This may result in additional charges to cover the costs of parts required to complete the repair. We will endeavour to make you aware of this at the time of repair / diagnosis.
